What is the typical shipping timeframe?
For commissions, the turnaround time is usually 6-8 weeks. However, I am happy to work with you if you have a specific deadline in mind. We will discuss this further once your order is placed! Each piece of art is insured during transit and you will be notified with a tracking number once it ships!
How does the commission process work?
Once your order is placed, I will reach out via email for more information about your commission. I’ll ask you about the plant/plants you want painted, colors you enjoy, where you might hang it, etc. I will also send sketches and color studies along the way!
What is your return policy?
Due to the customized nature of a commission, I do not accept returns. However, If your piece is damaged during transit, please notify me within 14 days of receiving the damaged piece. Once notified, I can issue a full refund or repair the piece (depending on your preference).
Do pieces come framed?
Paintings and prints come unframed unless specifically stated in the description.
