FAQ’s

What is the typical shipping timeframe?

For studio sale paintings, I am typically able to ship the piece within 2-3 days of purchase date. For prints, please allow up to 2 weeks for shipping confirmation, as I custom make and sign each print. Each piece of art is insured during transit and you will be notified with a tracking number once it ships!

What is your return policy?

I do accept returns. If your piece is damaged during transit, please notify me within 14 days of receiving the damaged piece. Once notified, I can issue a full refund or send a new piece (depending on your preference).
If you aren’t happy with the piece or have changed your mind - no problem! Contact me within 30 days of receiving the artwork, and a refund will be issued once the piece is returned in good condition.

Do pieces come framed?

Paintings and prints come unframed unless specifically stated in the description.
If you would like a piece framed, send me a message! I’d be more than happy to work out framing options with you!

Do you Do commissions/custom paintings?

I do! Send me a message and we can discuss all the details!

Can I purchase other available paintings not listed on your shop?

Yes! Send me a message and I’ll send you a pricelist of available works!
